Let’s go on a HayRide!

It’s mid October, What is there to do on cool Fall evening? Go on a scenic HayRide!
Some of the best times I remember as a little girl, were going to my Grand Daddy Russ’ & Grandma Russ’ farm in Virginia to ride on the tractor and watch the sunset behind the mountains quilted in an array of colors…. Simple life there & simply fun for me and my cousins. Great memories from them fill my heart this time of year.  I owe them so much for passing what true family really is & teaching me the Truth of Jesus.. They truly lived a life of faith.  I pray that our children will someday look back on their lives and will see they’ve received the same things.
So with those thoughts on my mind & my husband seeking out something fun for our family; Thomas found this HayRide.  Natural Tunnel Park in Virginia.  The ride took us by way of Wilderness Road showing us the quilted mountains and a beautiful sunset! It gave our kids a fun time and taste of the old way of life in this area…
